A 21-day experiment
Find things that light you the fuck up.
A 21-day experiment in noticing more of the little shit that makes life good.
Not a gratitude challenge. Not a self-improvement project. Not one more fucking thing to be good at.
Just one tiny prompt a day to help you start looking for the things that make you smile, laugh, exhale, light up—or think: Fuck, I love this.

I'm In, Sounds Amazing →How this started
This started completely by accident.
One day, I decided to make a Reel about things that light me the fuck up. I figured I'd find maybe 10 pictures.
I found approximately 80.
And something happened.
Once I started looking for them, I couldn't stop seeing them. Not because my life suddenly got better. Because I was paying attention to a part of it I hadn't been intentionally looking for.
And I thought: Oh. We should do this on purpose.

My dogs.
Hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows.
Idaho sunsets.
Diet Coke.
Flowers.
A weird little coffee shop.
My favorite foods.
Tiny moments I'd completely forgotten about.
This isn't "just be grateful."
Cool. But how?
I've always thought telling someone to "practice gratitude" is a little like telling someone to "just eat in moderation." Cool. But how?
This isn't about forcing yourself to feel grateful when things fucking suck.
It isn't about pretending everything is beautiful.
And you don't need a journal, a morning routine, a positive mindset or 20 uninterrupted minutes before your family wakes up.
We're just going to practice noticing. One thing at a time.
Here's how it works
One simple text from me. Every day. For 21 days.

This might be for you if…
You've gotten really good at noticing what's wrong.
You're good at noticing
- What needs to be done.
- What needs to be fixed.
- What you forgot.
- What everyone else needs.
- What's next.
- What's wrong.
- What's still sitting on your fucking to-do list.
Maybe you'd like to get a little better at noticing
What you love, too.
Not instead of the hard stuff.
Alongside it.

That's it. Just start looking.
You don't need to become more positive. You don't need to optimize your morning. You don't even need to own a gratitude journal.
Daily prompts delivered by text. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. Community participation is optional.

Hi, I'm Danielle.
I built Humble Root Collective for women exhausted by wellness culture. I don't do hustle, optimization, or another system to keep up with. This little experiment is the same energy: no rules, no streaks, no tracking. Just paying attention to what's already good. Intentional over intensity. 🤍
When noticing is the easy part
Seeing the good stuff is usually the easy part.
Actually building a life where you keep noticing it—when you're busy, exhausted, or just over complicated wellness advice—that's where support can help.
If you want help turning this into something that actually works for your life, I have a few ways we can work together.
Support that fits your actual life.
